Restaurant Interior at Black Ivy.

This was the first interior photo I shot at the hotel, captured in the morning when construction was just about finished but before the doors officially opened. I love the off balance symmetry of this room, and the balance of real and artificial light. Having so much natural light through the glass house windows gives this a great airy feel, and the fake foliage (fauxliage?) brings everything together and makes the room feel welcoming.

Antique chandeliers are sourced from a shipwreck and the floor panels are made from WW1 gun carriages. Sounds slightly morbid but looks perfect.
